9 Transactions with Dan Gutfreund!

Dan did an exceptional job of assisting us with the purchase of our new home! His responsiveness is unparalleled as is his knowledge of the market and the area. Over the years our family has purchased and sold, I believe we are up to 8 homes, with Dan at the helm. There were two home sales in particular that stand out. Both had been on the market for a considerable amount of time with other realtors. Once Dan was the listing agent, both homes were sold almost immediately. I also need to mention his colleague Cathy, who is Dans equal in responsiveness and helpfulness. They were there for us through the entire process, just a phone call away, which they answer on the first ring if at all possible. And if not they call back immediately. All in all they continue to make the home buying and selling process seamless with our best interest at heart. And wait...we may be up to 9 transactions with DG Realty Group! My son just this month signed on a new home with them! Thank You Dan!!!
