Michelle Yurich, Real Estate Specialist

Michelle is a well-respected Realtor with 30 years experience as an agent in the tri-county area of metro Detroit.  She is an established leader in lakefront and luxury home representation and welcomes properties at all sale levels.  Michelle is happy to be part of the Signature Sotheby’s International Realty family as it is the perfect fit for her professional style and mutual expectation of a commitment to excellence. 

Prior to her residential real estate career, Michelle was the area Marketing Director for American Multi-Cinema Movie Theaters where she worked in the marketing of the movie theaters and the films themselves. Michelle gained her strong work ethic while growing up as she watched the development of their family business, Nicholas George Theatres, one of the first independent movie theater chains in metro Detroit.  She moved through the ranks and after college entered the management of operations of her family’s movie theater chain until it was eventually sold.

Michelle is proud to have completed her MBA with a Master’s degree in Finance from Wayne State University.  This experience enhanced the business acumen she developed at Michigan State University as an undergraduate along with her real world business experience.

Justina Lange, Client Relations Manager

Justina’s passion for Real Estate began at a very young age. Her first position at 15 was an Executive Closing Assistant at Weichert Realtors Excel. Here, Justina gained majority of her Real Estate knowledge by working directly for Top Producers and Asset Managers for REO properties. While working full time, Justina managed to graduate from Walsh College earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management. To utilize her degree, Justina went off to Corporate America and had an Indirect Purchasing position at Meritor. This job allowed her to travel, gain corporate experience and make relationships with co-workers, customers and suppliers all over the world. While Justina was at Meritor her passion for Real Estate never went away which is why she made the switch and joined The Dan Gutfreund Realty Group.

For Dan, Justina is the Client Relations Manager handling all aspects of a Real Estate transaction. She manages all marketing and drives follow ups to ensure a home is reaching all potential buyers across the globe. Justina earns the trust of Sellers by directing the best group of professionals to market their home by photography, videography, social media, and creating all marketing material.
