Dan did an exceptional job of assisting us with the purchase of our new home! His responsiveness is unparalleled as is his knowledge of the market and the area. Over the years our family has purchased and sold, I believe we are up to 8 homes, with Dan at the helm. There were two home sales in particular that stand out. Both had been on the market for a considerable amount of time with other realtors. Once Dan was the listing agent, both homes were sold almost immediately. I also need to mention his colleague Cathy, who is Dans equal in responsiveness and helpfulness.
