Month 1

  • Place home on the MLS and syndicate listing through CREST (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Move-in-Michigan etc.).

  • Place home listing as a featured property on www.iSellMichigan.com.

  • Schedule broker tour(optional).

  • Schedule open house(optional).

  • Circulate marketing materials to top area agents.

  • Design brochure for printing (1 or 2 sided).

  • Set-up and send out marketing flyers and e-blast the listing to 2000+ licensed area brokers.

  • Print brochure and delivery it to the property for all potential buyers to take.

  • Schedule social media marketing campaign through Facebook and Instagram.

  • Schedule, design, and submit a feature ad for the local newspapers to print.

  • Schedule, design, and print 1000 postcards for mail circulation.

 

 

Week 2

  • Broker open house (optional).

  • Open House to the public held weekly (optional)

  • Deliver Zillow Online Views Report to the seller.

  • Sotheby’s back-end views analytics report.

  • Provide Monday showing feedback.

 

 

Week 3

  • Provide Monday showing feedback.

  • Provide Clients with an update marketing analysis - New sales and comps.

  • Re-examine marketing strategy and pricing given real-time market datat collected.

  • Use real-time feedback to re-examine staging and property improvements.

  • Deliver listing photo book to the home.

  • Email Top-50 Brokers in the area with the listing and invitation for a private viewing (optional).
